It’s that time of year – temps are rising and you may be feeling footloose and fancy free. This month here on the blog we’ve been getting inspired by summer and Sizzix dies from Eileen. There has been something for everyone from the garden to the beach and traveling all in between! Let’s wrap up June with more summery makes to get your creative juices flowing…
Jennie Atkinson used to spend summers at the seashore in Suffolk and has many happy memories of those times. She created this lovely little memory box using Eileen’s Treasure Box Die and you can find out how to make one of your own on Jennie’s blog.
Educator Sarah Lizzie also created a project to commemorate summers at the seaside using Eileen’s Gift Box Die. She has a full tutorial video for you about how she made it so don’t miss that! You can find the link on her blog.
If you are a gardener, you will love this next idea from Sue Eldred! She has made good use of recycled ‘trash’ and Eileen’s Journal XL Die to make plant ID labels for your flowers. What a creative idea and you could easily make a bunch as a gift for the gardeners in your life. Visit her blog to see how she made them.

Designer Elizabeth Robinson has her computer working again (hurray!!) and was finally able to share her summer and Sizzix projects with us. It was certainly worth the wait for these clever makes! Elizabeth used Eileen’s Camper Die to make a boat and then an ice cream van! Whaaat? So creative Elizabeth, bravo. Definitely pay a visit to her blog to find out how she used the die to build these darling projects.
